Shipping Protection covers your parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is in your hands. If it goes missing, is taken from your doorstep after delivery, or arrives damaged, we put it right ourselves - you do not have to chase the courier.

Everything you need to use the item is in the box. Where a product needs assembling or mounting, the parts for it (screws, fittings or brackets) are included. The product description above lists exactly what comes with your order.
Items shown for styling in the photos, such as bedding, decor or other furniture, are not included unless the description says so. Larger or fragile parts may arrive in a separate parcel.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Email info@laruya.com with your order number to start a return.
