Warranty

Every light we sell is covered against manufacturing and material defects. If something is wrong with the product itself, we put it right.

What is covered

• Faults in materials or manufacture.
• Items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
• LED boards, drivers and fittings that fail in normal domestic use.

What is not covered

• Damage from incorrect installation, or installation of a hardwired fitting by someone unqualified.
• Wear from misuse, modification, or replacing parts we did not supply.
• Replacement bulbs, which are consumable.
• Natural variation in stone, timber and hand-blown glass, which is a feature of the material rather than a fault.

How to claim

Email info@laruya.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return postage when the fault is ours.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them. You also have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused for any reason — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
