Pricing & Promotions
We would rather explain our pricing plainly than leave you guessing.
One price per product
Every product page shows a single price: the price we charge. We do not print a higher "was" price beside it to make the figure look like a saving. A struck-through price is only honest if we genuinely sold the item at that price first, and we would rather leave it off altogether than put a number there you cannot check.
If we run a genuine promotion in future, the previous price will be one we actually charged, and we will say for how long it applied — as the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Price Marking Order 2004 require.
Multi-buy discounts
Our quantity discounts apply automatically in the basket and stack on top of the prices shown:
- 2 items — 10% off
- 3 items — 15% off
- 4 items — 20% off
- 5 or more items — 25% off
No code is needed. The discount is applied at checkout.
VAT and delivery
All prices include UK VAT. Delivery is free to UK addresses, so the price you see in the basket is the price you pay.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and either cancel and refund the order in full, or offer it at the correct price for you to accept.
