We would rather explain our pricing plainly than leave you guessing.
What the struck-through price means
Where a product page shows a struck-through price next to the selling price, that struck-through figure is our own reference price — the price at which Laruya offers that item outside a promotional period. It is not a comparison with another retailer, not a manufacturer's RRP, and not an invented number.
What it does not mean
- It is not a claim that any other shop sells the item at that price.
- It is not a claim about the item's manufacturing cost or value.
Multi-buy discounts
Our quantity discounts apply automatically in the basket and stack on top of the prices shown:
- 2 items — 10% off
- 3 items — 15% off
- 4 items — 20% off
- 5 or more items — 25% off
No code is needed. The discount is applied at checkout.
VAT and delivery
All prices include UK VAT. Delivery is free to UK addresses, so the price you see in the basket is the price you pay.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and either cancel and refund the order in full, or offer it at the correct price for you to accept.
