This website is owned and operated by LP Brands, trading as Laruya ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Using This Shop

You confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your country of residence. You agree not to transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.

2. Products and Descriptions

We describe every product from its photographs — cut, length, neckline, fastening, sole type and available colours and sizes. Colours can appear differently on different screens. We do not state fibre composition unless it is verifiable, and you should not assume a fibre content that is not written on the product page.

3. Prices, Reference Prices and Promotions

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Where a product shows a struck-through "was" price, that is our own reference price for the item outside a promotional period — it is not a claim about any other retailer's price. See Pricing & Promotions for the full explanation, which we publish in line with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Price Marking Order 2004.

Multi-buy discounts (2 items 10%, 3 items 15%, 4 items 20%, 5 or more 25%) are applied automatically at checkout and stack on the prices shown.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in obvious error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellation

Your rights to cancel and to return are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intellectual Property

The Laruya name, logo, site design and original copy are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. As a UK consumer you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first at info@laruya.com — nearly everything is resolved that way.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
