Request a Return

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging intact. That is more than the 14 days UK law requires.

Starting a return

1. Email info@laruya.com with your order number and which item you want to return.
2. Tell us briefly why. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, add a photo.
3. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually within one business day.
4. Send the item back and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within a few working days.
