We are an online-only shop, so there is no store to visit and no counter returns. Everything, including returns and exchanges, is handled by email.

Before You Write

Where is my order? Use the order tracking page.
How long does delivery take? See the Shipping Policy — 1–3 business days to dispatch, then 7–9 business days in transit, so 8–12 in total. Delivery is free and tracked on every UK order.
I want to return something. See the Returns & Refund Policy — 30 days from delivery — and email us your order number.
Will it fit? See the measurement guide — dimensions are on every product page too.
How can I pay? See payment methods.
Anything else? The FAQ covers what we are asked most.

To Get an Answer Faster

Include your order number (it starts with #, and is in your confirmation email), the item name and size, and photographs if something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. With that in your first email we can usually settle it in one reply instead of three.
