Shipping Protection covers your parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is in your hands. If it goes missing, is taken from your doorstep after delivery, or arrives damaged, we put it right ourselves - you do not have to chase the courier.

Without it, a parcel the courier records as delivered is not covered, and a lost-parcel claim follows the courier's own process

The light fitting, plus a mounting plate or bracket where the design needs one, and screws and wall plugs suitable for plasterboard and masonry.
Glass and ceramic shades travel packed separately. Bulbs and remote controls are only included where the product description says so.
That depends on the type, and the product description above says which one you have. A light that ends in a plug needs no installation at all. A hardwired fitting connects straight to your mains, and for those we recommend a qualified electrician.

Every order ships free with a tracking number so you can follow the parcel. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and dispatched as soon as they are packed.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging intact — more than the 14 days the law requires.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Email info@laruya.com with your order number to start a return.

Just a tip to pass on to manufacturers. It’s a shame some of the balls are very near where the lights get attached to power source, so a few are lost. Other than that very pleased.
