Some lamps need the shade or the pole sections screwing together first; this takes a few minutes.
Every order ships free with a tracking number so you can follow the parcel. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and dispatched as soon as they are packed.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging intact — more than the 14 days the law requires.
