At La Rüya, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items once an order is confirmed and processed.
Order Delivery Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
• If an order is not received by the customer and is returned to us by the courier service, the order will be considered completed.
• Any order returned due to unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer may be blocked from future ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Share clear pictures of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

• Sale items, regular items, and customized pieces (if any) are all non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
