This one connects to both the hot and cold supplies through a wall mixer, so you set the temperature once on the valve and the trigger does the rest. That is the difference between a sprayer you use and one you stop using after a fortnight.

Fitting it

You need a hot and a cold water connection at the wall behind or beside the toilet. This is the one thing to check before ordering — a cistern-only feed will not run the mixer.

Wall-mounted mixer valve with a bracket for the handset.

1.5 m hose — comfortable reach all the way round the toilet.

Trigger handle — squeeze to start, release to stop, so it cannot be left running.

Fit it with a plumber unless you are comfortable working on live supply pipes.

See the dimension images for the valve and hose measurements.

Specifications

Product type

Handheld bidet sprayer (shattaf)

Finishes

Black, Chrome, Gold, White

Water supply

Hot and cold, via a wall mixer valve

Body material

Stainless steel

Valve material

Brass

Hose length

1.5 m

Control

Trigger handle

Mounting

Wall-mounted, with handset bracket

Location

Indoor, bathroom
